Noah Schnapp, known for his role as Will Bryers in the Netflix series ‘Stranger Things’, is under fire after sharing a video showing stickers with “Zionism is sexy”.
In the video, which appeared on the 19-year-old Jewish actor’s Instagram stories last weekend, Schnapp can be seen at a table with some friends. In their hands they hold stickers that read “Zionism is sexy” and “Hamas is ISIS.” There is laughter and Schnapp takes out his cell phone to film the scene.
It is not the first time that the actor has made it clear that he supports Israel. He also indicated this on Instagram last month. “Either you are on the side of Israel, or you are on the side of terrorism. It should not be a difficult choice,” he said a few days after the Hamas attacks on October 7.
But his latest video is causing even more controversy. On X, the former Twitter, some fans indicate that they no longer care Stranger things will watch. One fan account even decided to no longer post about the series in response to the video.
