MTF from Hasselt, a leading supplier of custom metalwork, announces that it has acquired Metaalwerken Slegers from Oudsbergen.

With this strategic acquisition, MTF is taking an important step in expanding its services: from interior applications in the construction, retail, catering and office sectors to comprehensive metal works, such as stairs, handrails, parapets, canopies and more. MTF will also have its own placement service.

Peter Schreurs, CEO of MTF: “The integration of Metaalwerken Slegers into our family strengthens this strength and expands our capabilities to meet the diverse needs of both our B2B and private customers.”

Luc Slegers and Dorine Schreurs, former directors of Metaalwerken Slegers, remain on board: “Our pursuit of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction fits in seamlessly with the mission of MTF. Together we can now serve even more customers with high-quality, tailor-made metal works. The synergy between our teams will undoubtedly lead to unique and impressive projects.”

Metaalwerken Slegers will continue to operate under its familiar name and location.
