On Tuesday, Vladimir Putin will be sworn in for his fifth term as Russian president. He is expected to make a number of reshuffles in his government. Rumors are growing that his two best-known ministers – those of Defense and Foreign Affairs – will be replaced. And a name is already circulating for both functions.
