Leandro Trossard is in top form. The Red Devil also scored in the home match against Bournemouth, putting Arsenal on its way to three points. The Gunners thus remain in the race for the title.
Leandro Trossard and Arsenal can continue to dream of the Premier League title after a 3-0 home win against Bournemouth. Just before half time, Bukayo Saka had opened the score from the spot, but twenty minutes before the whistle, Trossard, who had started in the starting line-up, closed the books completely. Declan Rice tapped the ball to our compatriot, who did not hesitate and pushed the ball into the far corner in no time. Trossard put Arsenal on the way to the important three-point goal in the title race. In added time, Rice makes it 3-0. The Gunners are first in the Premier League after 36 (out of 38) games, four points ahead of Manchester City. Kevin De Bruyne and co have played two games less. Later in the day they receive Wolverhampton at home.
For Trossard, who is now a regular starter at Arsenal, it was already his fourth goal in his last six league games. National coach Domenico Tedesco will like to see it happen.
