Leen Seminck (30) is an expert by experience, a dietitian specialized in counseling for eating disorders and recently also the author of the book ‘Eat just. An eating disorder. And now?’. She regularly takes a plane to sunnier places, but she always returns to her home in Aalst. “During my high school years I came to Aalst every day. After three years of studying in Ghent, I returned to live there.”
